Yoga came into my life a little over 16 years ago when my dear friend Tammy invited me to a free class. It wasn't long after that I fell in love with the practice, and how it not only brought me flexibility but a calmer mind. Two years after my first class, I was encouraged to enter a yoga teacher training program. During that time, Ayurveda was introduced to me. My two loves, Yoga and Ayurveda, were seeded. As co-owner of Chill Yoga, I love sharing both practices in a hope to bring peace and wellness to others.
