Mary is a certified Yoga teacher both in traditional Yoga and Laughter Yoga. One of her passions is to share Joy, Yoga, and Laughter techniques with others. This class will all be done sitting in a chair with breathing techniques, laughter, and meditation. All you need for this class is to be "present in the moment". Come enjoy 45 minutes of relaxation and Joy!
Enjoy learning elements of Pilates and Yoga in a flowing, low-impact cardio sequence set to contemporary music! This is a wonderful way to end your Monday. Wear comfortable yoga or fitness clothing. Bring a mat, mask, towel, and a bottle of water. Class is held at Chill Yoga, 182 Lisbon Street, Lewiston. This is on site. Not available through Zoom.
