Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class. A certified instructor will lead you through 1 full hour of mixed impact dance combined with toning movements for a full body workout.
Enjoy learning elements of Pilate and Yoga in a flowing, low-impact cardio sequence set to contemporary music! This is a wonderful way to end your Monday. Wear comfortable yoga or fitness clothing. Bring a mat, towel, a bottle of water and a mask. Class is held at Chill Yoga, 182 Lisbon Street, Lewiston. In the event of in-person class restriction, PIYO class will be held fully online.
