Beginners Vinyasa Yoga

Have you always wanted to try yoga, but thought you weren't flexible enough? Want to experience a sense of peace and well-being? Are you curious about learning how to relax and calm anxiety with breathing and flowing movements? If the answer was yes to any of these question, join Heidi for this introduction to yoga. Modifications offered for knee, hip, neck, wrist and back issues. Supplies: yoga mat, towel, pillow or bolster, and a bottle of water. Class will be live-streamed from Chill Yoga, 182 Lisbon Street, Lewiston. This is a hybrid class, so students who would like to participate via the Zoom Yoga classroom instead of onsite, may utilize that option.
