1. Adult High School Diploma

  1. – Auburn Adult Education has a 20 credits diploma distributed as it follows:
    •          Civics: 1 
    •          English: 4
    •          Electives: 11
    •          Math: 2
    •          Science with Lab: 1 
    •          US History: 1
    •  
– 1 credit is 45 hours of class time. Classes are normally in the evening (5:30pm to 8:15pm, no breaks). You can miss only two sessions.

2. HISETĀ® (formerly known as GED)

  • – HISETĀ® stands for High School Equivalency Test. There are 5 different subjects: Math, Reading, Science, Social Science, Writing.Ā  Ā 
  • Ā 

– You need a score of 8 on each of the tests to pass. Among all the exams you need to earn a total of 45 to earn your credential.Ā
